the transportation secure hotel since the amstar staff stayed available at the hotel. the resort staff was amazing, especially concierge marlen. She met my requests efficiently. the beach had a private, beautiful section, and i enjoyed the food and hospitality.

i noticed details that didn't match a luxury resort experience after arriving by car. there was no clear signage indicating where to leave a vehicle for check-in. breakfast seemed weak with limited variety and service that felt neither warm nor genuine.

The room offered absolute comfort. It featured refined luxury and serene elegance. The level of service was perfect. Team members showed genuine warmth. The culinary offerings were excellent with diverse and refined dishes. Supervisor Carlos Cardoso Palacios demonstrated really good professionalism. General Manager Javier Rufino provided visionary leadership.

Hot water took a long time to arrive in the shower. It was often lukewarm even when set to the hottest level.
